ADULTS/OLDER ADULTS

We do psychiatric evaluations, medication management to prescribe psychiatric medication with all safety regulation and with supportive psychotherapy. We conduct follow-up to adults who struggle with psychiatric conditions ranging from Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Stress and Trauma related conditions, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder and many more, anywhere in DC, Maryland, Alaska and Delaware. 

PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY

We provide medication management utilizing all safety regulation with supportive psychotherapy during follow-up visit.

CHILD/ADOLESCENT

We are very compassionate in our care for children's and adolescents ages from 6-17 year with mental health conditions. Depression, Hyperactivity, Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Insomnia, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity

Some of these services include
  • Case Management to help you develop a care-giving plan that best meets your needs.
  • In-Home education for family caregivers to teach hands-on, practical skills and provide information about managing health problems that the elder may face.
  • Telephone Support Groups to provide family caregivers an opportunity to learn and discuss issues by phone with other family members and professionals.
  • Educational Seminars on practical topics such as therapeutic activities, fall prevention, nutrition and blood pressure counseling.
  • “Spring” Cleaning to give the home in which the elder lives a thorough cleaning once a year.
  • Reimbursements for purchases of care-giving-related supplies such as incontinence products, medications that are not covered by insurance, and home equipment.
  • Reimbursements for respite care to allow family caregivers to get a break by either bringing an agency respite service into the home to care for the elder or placing their relative in an overnight facility.
  • Reimbursements for Family/Friend respite care assistance in which the family caregiver identifies and pays other family members or friends to help provide care.

Personal Care Services
Personal Care Services include assisting with tasks such as Grooming (Hair Care, Shaving, Cleaning Teeth/Dentures; Makeup; Dressing) Hygiene (Tub, Bed or Sponge Baths; Showers; Toileting Activities) Mobilization (Turning, Lifts and Transfers, Exercising, Walking) Eating or Feeding, as well as Monitoring of Vital Signs such as Blood Pressures, Pulse and Respiration
Companion Services
Companion Services include keeping the client company and engaging the client in any number of activities, such as Conversation; Reading; Writing; Games; Crafts; Playing Cards; Walking; Assist with Entertaining; Medication & Appointment Reminders; Escort to Appointments, Visiting Friends & Neighbors; Shopping, Events, Plays, and Religious Services.
Home Support Services
Home Support Services include Planning, Cooking, and Serving Meals; Baking for Holidays and Special Occasions; General Cleaning; Vacuuming; Dusting; Washing Floors; Washing Dishes; Laundry; Ironing; Changing Beds; Defrosting Refrigerators/Freezers; Cleaning Ovens/Stoves and China Cabinets; Caring for House Plants; Taking Out Garbage; Oversee Home Deliveries and Home Maintenance; Caring for Pets including Feeding, Exercising, and Cleaning.
Alzheimer’s Care
We work with you to establish safe and more comfortable environments, trusting relationships and techniques to maximize independence for as long as possible for those with Alzheimer's disease. Our specialized approach of encouragement and assistance helps family members cope with the challenges of Alzheimer's disease and other dementia illnesses.
Nursing Services
Occasionally, clients may not qualify for nursing assistance or may wish to supplement their insurance funded care. Our licensed professionals can provide patients with in-home treatment, support and/or education for needs such as Wound Care, Medication Management, Foot Care, and Palliative Care
Sleep-Over Attendant Care
Sleep-Over Attendant Care for 12 hours provided that constant bedside supervision and advanced personal care is not required. (Assisting less than 3 times during the night.)
Extended Sleep-Over Attendant Care.
Assisting 3 or more times during the night.

Friendly Reassurance Services
Offer visit over the telephone for a set time with a specially trained staff member. Medication reminders can also be requested during the daily chat. It can also include telephone visit with emergency follow-up if the individual fails to answer the telephone. Friendly Reassurance can be tailored to your reminder need.
