With offices located in Maryland and Virginia, our caregivers share our rooted commitment compassionately by; loving their client with attentive care. All our caregivers go through a careful interviewing process and Rigorous background check, Virginia Cares is a family-owned business. No Long Term Contracts. Our office staff is available to you 24 hours 7 days a week. Our customized private-duty services are available in private residences, independent/assisted living communities, nursing homes and hospitals. We believe in consumer driven care: you determine the days and hours of service, the tasks to be performed and the caregiver will deliver the care. Our most important objective is quality in-home care . We offer 24 hour live-in care or hourly health care service for seniors and rehabilitation patients in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia.
Virginia Cares will assign a Personal Care Coordinator to each client to ensure appropriately matched caregivers are involved in the delivery of services. Your coordinator is responsible for your scheduling, staffing and support needs. Furthermore, they will serve as a liaison between you, the caregiver and any other health care professionals involved with care. We offer routine follow-up calls in addition to our service.
Virginia Cares does not offer long-term contract, so care can be cancelled at the discretion our clients. If you are not satisfied with the referred caregiver, we are happy to select a different caregiver to meet your needs. We are available 24 hours 7 days a week to respond to any needs or concerns.
